Refunds & Exchanges

At Britx, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to help.

All Sales Are Final
All sales at Britx are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped or delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Photos of the damaged item or the incorrect item received
- A screenshot of your order confirmation email

Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly to address the issue. If a replacement item is available, we will ensure it is sent out as soon as possible. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Customers who purchase our print-on-demand products are eligible for a full refund if their purchase does not arrive, arrives late, arrives damaged, or does not match the listing description. This policy applies from the date of the transaction and from the moment the package status is updated to "Delivered."
